No. 11858-HNAE) with an affinity constant of 0.204 μM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested) . 2.Recombinant Cynomolgus IL-3R alpha/CD123 Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. 90998-C08H) captured on CM5 chip via Anti-His antibody, can bind Recombinant Human IL-3 Protein (Cat. No. 11858-HNAE) with an affinity constant of 0.363 μM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore T200) (QC tested) .

The recombinant Cynomolgus IL3Ra consists of 296 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 34.25 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 54.88 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
