No. 10105-H02H) on ProA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human IL-33 Protein, His & AVI Tag (Cat. No. 10368-H56E-B) with an affinity constant of 1.730 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested) .

The recombinant Human IL33 comprises 205 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 22.31 kDa. It migrates as approximately 26.7 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 50.8 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
