The ED50 for this effect is 0.1-0.5 ng/mL. 2.Loaded Recombinant Mouse IL-3R alpha/CD123 Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. 50810-M08H) on NTA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Mouse IL-3 Protein (Cat. No. 51066-MNAH) with an affinity constant of 0.382 μM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested) . 3.Recombinant Mouse IL-3R alpha/CD123 Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. 50810-M08H) captured on CM5 chip via Anti-His antibody, can bind Recombinant Mouse IL-3 Protein (Cat. No. 51066-MNAH) with an affinity constant of 2.202 μM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore T200) (QC tested) .
