The recombinant heterodimer of human IL2RB & IL2RG comprises 616 (313+303) amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 68.34 (34.25+34.09) KDa. The apparent molecular mass of human IL2RB & IL2RG heterodimer is approximately 59 kDa and 45 kDa respectively in SDS-PAGE. The molecular weight of this protein is around 98.7 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
