IL22 Protein (Native, Human)

1.Measured by its ability to induce IL-10 secretion in COLO 205 human colorectal adenocarcinoma cells. The recombinant human IL22 consists of 147 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 16.9 KDa. It migrates as an approximately 15 KDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 18.4 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
