Immobilized Recombinant Rat IL-21 Protein (Cat:80200-RNAE) at 2μg/mL (100μL/well) can bind Recombinant Rat IL-21R / Interleukin-21 Receptor Protein (His Tag) (Cat:80189-R08H), the EC50 is 80-320 ng/mL.

The recombinant rat IL21R comprises 228 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 26.5 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the recombinant protein is approximately 43-48 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation.
