The ED50 for this effect is typically 0.5-3 ng/mL. 3. Loaded Recombinant Rat IL-2R beta / CD122 Protein, His Tag, Biotinylated (Cat. No. 80340-R49H-B) on SA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Rat IL-2 Protein (Cat. No. 80075-RNAE) with an affinity constant of 6.27 μM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested) .

The recombinant rat IL2 consisting of 136 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 15.6 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 15 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
