IL1B Protein (N-His, Human)

1. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. 2. Immobilized human IL1B at 10 μg/mL (100 μl/well) can bind human IL1R1. The EC50 of human IL1R1 is 0.198 μg/mL.

The recombinant pro form of human IL1β consisting of 280 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 32.3 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 34 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
