The ED50 for this effect is 0.1‐0.6 μg/mL in the presence of 50 ng/mL of recombinant human IL-18. 2.Recombinant Human IL-18BP Protein, hFc Tag (Cat. No. 10357-H02H) captured on Protein A chip can bind Recombinant Human IL-18 Protein (Cat. No. 10119-HNCE) with an affinity constant of 14.9 pM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore 8K) (Routinely tested) . 3.Recombinant Human IL18BP Protein (Fc Tag) (Cat: 10357-H02H) captured on Protein A chip, can bind Recombinant Human IL18 / IL-18 Protein (Cat: 10119-HNCE) with an affinity constant of 59.650 pM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore T200) (Routinely tested) .
