No. 50073-MNCE) with an affinity constant of 8.65 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested) .

The recombinant mouse IL18 consists of 158 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 18.2 KDa. It migrates as an approximately 19 KDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
