1. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized human IL17A (cat:12047-HNAS) at 10 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind human IL17Ra (Cat:10895-H03H), The EC50 of human IL17Ra (Cat:10895-H03H) is 20.0-48.0 ng/ml. 2. Measured by its ability to induce IL-6 secretion by NIH‐3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cells in the presense of 20ng/mL TNFα. The ED50for this effect is 0.2-1ng/mL. 3. Anti-IL17A (Research Grade Ixekiz*mab Biosimilar) captured on Protein A chip can bind Recombinant Human IL-17A Protein (Cat. No. 12047-HNAS) with an affinity constant of 9.13 pM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore 8K) (Routinely tested) 4.Recombinant Human IL-17RA Protein, hFc Tag (Cat. No. 10895-H02H) captured on Protein A chip can bind Recombinant Human IL-17A Protein (Cat. No. 12047-HNAS) with an affinity constant of 1.390 nM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore 8K) (Routinely tested) . 5.Anti-IL17A (Research Grade Secukin*mab Biosimilar) captured on Protein A chip, can bind Recombinant Human IL-17A Protein (Cat. No. 12047-HNAS) with an affinity constant of 0.144 nM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore T200) (Routinely tested) .

The recombinant human IL17A consists of 132 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 15.1 KDa. It migrates as an approximately 16, 19, and 20 KDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to different glycosylation.The molecular weight of this protein is around 31.6kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
