The recombinant Human IL17A consists of 157 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 18.31 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the recombinant protein migrates as an approximately 41.6 kDa、24.6 kDa、22.5 kDa、21.1 kDa、19.4 kDa and 17.4 kDa protein in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 43.6 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
