IL17A & IL17F Protein (Native, Human)

1.Measured by its ability to induce IL-6 secretion by NIH‐3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cells in the presense of 20ng/mL TNFα. The ED50 for this effect is 1-6 ng/mL. 2.Ixekizumab captured on Protein A chip can bind Recombinant Human IL17A & IL17F Heterodimer Protein (Cat. No. CT047-HNAE) with an affinity constant of 5.94 pM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore T200) (Routinely tested) . 3.Loaded Recombinant Human IL-17RA Protein hFc Tag (Cat. No. 10895-H02H) on ProA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human IL17A & IL17F Heterodimer Protein (Cat. No. CT047-HNAE) with an affinity constant of 6.124 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested) .
