The recombinant heterodimer of human IL17A & IL17F consists of 318 (147+171) amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 35.58 (16.63+18.95) KDa. It migrates as an approximately 24.3 kDa、22.1 kDa、19.4 kDa and 18.2 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 39.7 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
