The recombinant Human metapneumovirus (HMPV) (strain CAN97-83) Fusion glycoprotein comprises 538 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 58.96 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 64.7,55.2 and 16.7 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 226.5 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
