Molecular Weight

The recombinant Influenza A H5N1 (A/Texas/37/2024; A/dairy cow/Texas/24-008749-002-v/2024) Hemagglutinin / HA (translated amino acids of EPI2419700), termed as HA, comprises 574 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 64.86 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, it migrates as an approximately 81.9, 50.1 and 32.7 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
