FOLH1 Protein (N-AVI-his, Human)

1.Immobilized Monoclonal anti-human PSMA Antibody, human IgG4 at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Human PSMA/FOLH1 Protein (ECD, AVI & His Tag), Biotinylated (Cat: 15877-H44C-B), the EC50 is 1.5-4.5 ng/mL (QC tested) . 2.Measured by its ability to hydrolyze the substrate N-acetyl-L-Asp-L-Glu into N-acetyl-L-Asp and L-Glu. The L-Glu product is measured by fluorescence after its derivatization by ortho-phthaldialdehyde. The specific activity is >800 pmol/min/μg.

The recombinant Human FOLH1 comprises 757 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 84.29 kDa. It migrates as approximately 88 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 200.3 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
