FGF14 Protein (Native, Canine)

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Canine FGF14 (Cat:11609-H01H2) at 2 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind Human FGFR4 hFc (Cat:10538-h02h), the EC50 of Human FGFR4 hFc is 300-950 ng/mL.

The recombinant canine FGF14 comprises 190 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 21.1 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 21 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation.
