The secreted recombinant human CD16a consists of 203 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 23.3 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, it migrates as an approximately 40-55 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 37.6 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
