The secreted recombinant mouse FCGR3 consists of 196 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 22.6 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of mouse FCGR3 is approximately 35-44 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
