The secreted recombinant mouse FCGR2B consists of 189 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 21.7 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rm FCGR2B is approximately 34 kDa due to glycosylation. The molecular weight of this protein is around 26-38 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
