The recombinant mouse FCGR1 consists of 308 amino acids after removal of the signal peptide and has a predicted molecular mass of 34.3 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rm FCGR1 is approximately 50-55 kDa due to glycosylation. The molecular weight of this protein is around 41-51 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
