No. 10954-H02H) captured on Protein A chip can bind Biotinylated Recombinant Human DLL4 Protein, His & AVI Tag (Cat. No. 10171-H49H-B) with an affinity constant of 0.147 μM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore T200) (Routinely tested) .

The recombinant Human DLL4 consists of 524 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 57.55 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 66.88 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 67.5 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
