DLL1 Protein (C-His, Human)

The ED50 for this effect is typically 2-20 μg/mL. 3.Loaded Recombinant Human NOTCH1 Protein, hFc Tag (Cat. No. 10954-H02H) on ProA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human DLL1 Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. 11635-H08H) with an affinity constant of 0.889 μM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested) .

The recombinant human DLL1 consists of 530 amino acids and predictes a molecular mass of 57.4 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, rh DLL1 migrates as an approximately 58 kDa band due to glycosylation.
