Immobilized CTLA-4 Protein, Human, Recombinant (Cat:11159-HNAH) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind B7-1 Protein, Human, Recombinant (His & hFc Tag), Biotinylated, the EC50 of B7-1 is 6-27 ng/mL. 2.Immobilized Recombinant Human CTLA-4 / CD152 Protein (Cat: 11159-HNAH) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Anti-CTLA4 (BMS) Antibody, Human IgG1, the EC50 is 2.5-7.5 ng/mL (Routinely tested) . 3.Loaded Recombinant Human B7-1/CD80 Protein, hFc Tag (Cat. No. 10698-H02H) on ProA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human CTLA-4 Protein (Cat. No. 11159-HNAH) with an affinity constant of 2.09 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested) . 4.Loaded Recombinant Human B7-2/CD86 Protein, hFc Tag (Cat. No. 10699-H02H) on ProA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human CTLA-4 Protein (Cat. No. 11159-HNAH) with an affinity constant of 5.17 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested) .
