Bioactivity

The ED50 for this effect is 3-10 μg/mL in the presence of 0.4ng/mL GMCSF (Routinely tested) . 2.Recombinant Human CSF2RA / GM-CSFR / CD116 Protein (His Tag) (Cat: 10701-H08H) captured on CM5 chip via Anti-His antibody, can bind Recombinant Human GM-CSF / CSF2 Protein (Cat: 10015-HNAH) with an affinity constant of 24.000 nM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore 8K) (QC tested) .

The recombinant human GM-CSFRα consists of 309 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 36 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rh GM-CSFRα is approximately 60-65 kDa due to glycosylation.
