Bioactivity

The ED50 for this effect is typically 0.1-0.7μg/mL in the presence of 15 ng/mL mouse M-CSF (Routinely tested) . 2.Immobilized Recombinant Mouse CSF1R / MCSF Receptor / CD115 Protein (Fc Tag) (Cat: 50059-M02H) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Mouse M-CSF / CSF-1 Protein (His Tag) (Cat: 51112-M08H), the EC50 is 2.5-8.8 ng/mL (QC tested) . 3.Immobilized Recombinant Mouse M-CSF / CSF-1 Protein (ECD) (Cat: 51112-MNAH) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Mouse CSF1R / MCSF Receptor / CD115 Protein (Fc Tag) (Cat: 50059-M02H), the EC50 is 6.8 ng/mL (Routinely tested) .
