No. 16658-H65H-NA) with an affinity constant of 13.230 nM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore T200) (Routinely tested) .

The recombinant Human CLDN6-Nanodisc consists of 220 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 23.3 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 37.2 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
