CD7 Protein (C-His-AVI, Human)

1.Immobilized Recombinant Human SECTM1 / K12 Protein (His Tag) (Cat:12269-H08H) at 2μg/mL (100μL/well) can bind Recombinant Human CD7 Protein (ECD, His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated (Cat:11028-H49H-B), the EC50 is 18-49 ng/mL. 2.293 cells were transduced with anti-CD7-scFv and subjected to flow cytometric analysis using biotinylated recombinant human CD7 (left, Cat. No. 11028-H49H-B, red) and a negative control protein (blue) . The cells were then stained with a FITC-conjugated Streptavidin. Non-transduced 293 cells were used as a control (right) .

The recombinant Human CD7 consists of 181 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 19.69 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 34.46 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
