CD6 Protein (C-human IgG1-Fc, Mouse)

Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cells. When 8x10E4 cells/well are added to mCD6-Fc coated plates (5 μg/mL and 100 μL/well) in the ppresence of 10μg/ml PHA, approximately > 50% cells will adhere specifically after 60 minutes at 37°C.

The recombinant mouse CD6/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer comprises 621 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 68.2 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of the monomer is approximately 80-90 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
