CD6 Protein (C-His, Rat)

1. Immobilized rat CD6-His at 10 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind rat ALCAM-Fc3 (Cat:80221-R02H), The EC50 of rat ALCAM-Fc3 (Cat:80221-R02H) is 19.5-45.5 ng/ml. 2. Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cells. When 8x10E4 cells/well are added to ratCD6-His coated plates (5 μg/mL and 100 μL/well) in the ppresence of 10μg/ml PHA, approximately > 50% cells will adhere specifically after 60 minutes at 37°C.

The recombinant rat CD6 comprises 390 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 42.5 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the recombinant protein is approximately 64-70 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation.
