No. 12283-H27H-B) on SA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human SIRP alpha/SHPS-1 Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. 11612-H08H) with an affinity constant of 0.290 μM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested) .

The recombinant human CD47 consists of 147 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 17 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the recombinant protein migrates as an approximately 39.1 kDa protein in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
