The half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) is 1.7 μg/mL (Routinely tested) . 3.Serial dilutions of Anti-PD1 (Research grade Nivolumab biosimilar) were added into Recombinant Human PD1 / PDCD1 / CD279 Protein (Fc Tag) (Cat: 10377-H02H) : Recombinant Human PD-L1 Protein (Fc & AVI Tag), Biotinylated (Cat: 10084-H41H-B) binding reactions.
