1.Immobilized Anti-CA9 (Research Grade Girentuximab biosimilar) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Human Carbonic Anhydrase IX Protein (ECD, His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated (Cat: 10107-H49H-B), the EC50 is 1.5-5 ng/mL (QC tested) . 2.Immobilized Recombinant Human Carbonic Anhydrase IX Protein (ECD, His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated (Cat: 10107-H49H-B) at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on streptavidin precoated (5 μg/mL, 100 μL/well) plate can bind anti-CA9 (Research Grade Girentuximab biosimilar), the EC50 is 2.1 ng/mL (Routinely tested) .

The recombinant Human CA9 consists of 403 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 44.23 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 52.2 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
