The recombinant cynomolgus C5 consists of 1670 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 188.1 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 106.3 and 75.8 kDa band corresponding to the α chain and β chain respectively in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
