No. 11629-H41H-B) on SA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human HMGB1 Protein, hFc Tag (Cat. No. 10326-H01H) with an affinity constant of 0.307 μM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested) .

The recombinant Human AGER consists of 575 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 62.71 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 84.6 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
