No. 12307-H18H1-NA) with an affinity constant of 3.1 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested) .

The recombinant human AA2AR predicts a molecular mass of 37.25 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 33-37 kDa (due to glycosylation) in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
