No. 10409-HNAE) with an affinity constant of 0.122 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested) . 2.Immobilized Recombinant Human TRAIL R2 / CD262 / TNFRSF10B Protein (His Tag) (Cat: 10465-H08H) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind biotinylated Recombinant Human TNFSF10 / TRAIL / APO-2L / CD253 Protein (Cat: 10409-HNAE-B), the EC50 is 1.0-3.0 ng/mL (QC tested) .
