No. 12283-H02H) on proA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human SIRP alpha/SHPS-1 Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. 11612-H08H) with an affinity constant of 0.693 μM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested) . 3.Loaded Biotinylated Recombinant Human CD47 Protein, His & AVI Tag (Cat. No. 12283-H27H-B) on SA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human SIRP alpha/SHPS-1 Protein, His Tag (Cat. The recombinant human SIRPA consists of 351 amino acids and predictes a molecular mass of 39 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of human SIRPA is approximately 45-55 kDa due to glycosylation.
