GFP signal was used to evaluate the binding activity (Routinely tested) . 4.Recombinant Human MS4A1 Protein (VLP, Fluorescent, Full length, His Tag) (Cat: 11007-H08H-VP) at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Anti-CD20 (Research Grade Obinutuzu*mab Biosimilar), the EC50 is 1-6 ng/mL (QC tested) . 5.Recombinant Human MS4A1 Protein (VLP, Fluorescent, Full length, His Tag) (Cat: 11007-H08H-VP) at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind, Anti-CD20 (Research Grade Ofatumu*mab Biosimilar) the EC50 is 6-20 ng/ mL. 6.Recombinant Human MS4A1 Protein (VLP, Fluorescent, Full length, His Tag) (Cat: 11007-H08H-VP) at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Anti-CD20 (Research Grade Rituxi*mab Biosimilar), the EC50 is 15-45 ng/mL (QC tested) .
