KIT Protein (C-His, Human)

Flow cytometric analysis of anti-c-Kit CAR expression. 5e5 of anti-c-Kit CAR-293 cells were stained with 100 μL of 2 μg/ml of AF 647-conjugated human c-Kit Protein (Site-specific AF 647-conjugated, ECD, His Tag, Cat. No. 11996-H86H-SG) and negative control protein. Non-transduced 293 cells were used as a control (left) . AF 647 signal was used to evaluate the binding activity (QC tested) .
