The soluble form of recombinant human IL6R consists of 357 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 39.99 kDa. It migrates as approximately 65-80 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 70.0 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
