Bioactivity

No. 10165-H08H-UE) on His1K Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human IL2 Protein (Cat. No. 11848-HNAE2) with an affinity constant of 50.5 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested) .

The recombinant human IL2Rα consists of 203 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 23.3 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rhIL2Rα is approximately 44 kDa due to glycosylation. The molecular weight of this protein is around 32.4 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
