The recombinant human IL18R1 comprises 322 amino acids with a predicted molecular mass of 37.2 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rhIL18R1 is approximately 59.8 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
