1.Measured by its ability to induce IL-6 secretion by NIH‐3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cells in the presense of 20 ng/mL TNFα. No. 12047-HNAE) with an affinity constant of 0.190 nM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore 8K) (Routinely tested) . 3.Anti-IL17A (Research Grade Ixekiz*mab Biosimilar) captured on Protein A chip, can bind Recombinant Human IL-17A Protein (Cat. No. 12047-HNAE) with an affinity constant of 24.450 pM pM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore T200) (Routinely tested) . 4.Anti-IL17A (Research Grade Secukin*mab Biosimilar) captured on Protein A chip, can bind Recombinant Human IL-17A Protein (Cat. No. 12047-HNAE) with an affinity constant of 65.890 pM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore T200) (Routinely tested) .
