The secreted recombinant human FGFR1 consists of 275 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 31 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rh FGFR1 monomer is approximately 50-55 kDa due to glycosylation.
