The recombinant human FCGR1A consists of 284 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 32 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of the recombinant human FCGR1A is approximately 45-60 kDa due to glycosylation. The molecular weight of this protein is around 46 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
