The recombinant human CD64A consists of 284 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 32 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of the recombinant human CD64A is approximately 45-60 kDa due to glycosylation. The molecular weight of this protein is around 38-52 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
