EPOR Protein (C-human IgG1-Fc, Human)
Product Specifications
Abbreviation
EPOR
Synonyms
EPO-R
Host
HEK 293
Tag
C-human IgG1-Fc
Endotoxin
< 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method
Purity
> 90 % as determined by SDS-PAGE
Bioactivity
1. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized EPOR (hFc Tag) (Cat:10707-H02H) at 2μg/mL (100μL/well) can bind Cynomolgus Erythropoietin-His (Cat:90133-C08H), the EC50 of Cynomolgus Erythropoietin-His (Cat: 90133-C08H) is 4-20 ng/mL. 2. Measured by its ability to inhibit Epo-dependent proliferation of TF-1 human erythroleukemic cells. The ED50 for this effect is 1-4 ng/ml in the presence of 0.1 U/mL Recombinant Human EPO.
Function
Ala25-Pro250
Molecular Weight
The recombinant human EPOR/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimeric protein after removal of the signal peptide. The reduced monomer consists of 460 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 51.0 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rhEPOR/Fc monomer is approximately 55-60 kDa due to glycosylation.
