The recombinant mouse CTLA4 consists of 138 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 15.46 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of mouse CTLA4 is approximately 25-30 kDa due to glycosylation.
